Creative Foyer launched in November 2011 and evolved out of a need for better information about working in the arts industry.  Creative Foyer is run by a small online editorial team with support from leaders, experts and practitioners working at all levels and sectors of the arts to deliver career development content. 


Our aim is to provide a free and open platform of information, advice and guidance for individuals throughout their careers, whether it be as employees or as employers/small business owners of an arts company. To achieve this we provide resources to support career paths, promote online professional development networks, share information on running an arts business and highlight new industry opportunities. We also reference other websites that contain the best information and resources for career development and small business support.
