About the role:
The Arts Practice Director Literature will lead Council's engagement with the literature sector and provide specialist knowledge in the delivery of Council's strategic and corporate plans. This is a key leadership role that presents an ideal career development opportunity.

In order to succeed in the position you'll have:
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Australian literature sector
Established and credible professional networks in the arts sector
Demonstrated experience in providing high level strategic advice and recommendations
Proven ability to use chains of direct and indirect influence to achieve strategic outcomes
