The Programs Curator provides high quality leadership in the coordination and management of the public programs and the management of the team of Program Producers whose areas of programming expertise include:

• Babes in arms, early childhood, children, early teens and families
• Performance, film, community cultures and languages, and Diplomatic community
• Special needs access, people with dementia and carers, art therapy, arts and health
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art and culture
• Festivals, opening weekends, special projects and contemporary art audiences
• Senior secondary school and youth
• University, professional development, adult education, artists

The successful applicant will have recognised standing in a field of public and education programs and ideally possess a degree in visual art, art history or equivalent museum experience along with knowledge of the history of art in a relevant field of specialisation. A sound knowledge of the art museum or cultural sector is required.
